Fixed Fee
Most homes in metropolitan Adelaide are covered by the fixed fee of $485. Houses
which are very large may be slightly more.
We can provide a termite inspection and report with your building inspection for
$285 (normally $385).
Travel charges, a surcharge of 60c per km travelled plus $60 per hour will apply
outside a 20km radius of Adelaide GPO.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is to be made at the time of booking (by EFT) or
on the day of the inspection by cash, cheque or money order.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the inspection time will incur a $100 cancellation
fee.
